In a Far Away Land

It’s been a long time since I’ve written in my blog. University life has finally caught up with me, leaving me high and dry with tons of assignments, and without the support I used to have in school. I find myself looking around my room, expecting to see the friends I’ve grown up with throughout highschool.

It was out of the blue, when suddenly I met an old friend of mine that I haven’t seen for more than ten years! Which isn’t very often when it comes to people my age. My friend Masitah and me have somehow, manage to stay in touch ever since she moved to Australia ten years ago, and it was one of those rare vists to Malaysia that she finally found the time to come and see me. But it wasn’t very long, although I was amazed that we spoke as if she never left, and there was no awkwardness at all. Seeing her after so long has made my day…or maybe my week. Well, maybe my year!
